Evergreen Lake Survey
1. What species of fish do you currently fish for at Evergreen Lake?(Check all that apply)
2. How many times a year do you fish at Evergreen Lake?
3. What boat launch do you normally use when you come to Evergreen Lake?
4. Were you aware that Evergreen Lake has seasonal mooring slips? 
5. If Evergreen Lake had a bait and tackle store would you use it?
6. Which law enforcement issue needs the most attention in the coming year?
7. Do you fish for Hybrid Walleye (Saugeye) at Evergreen Lake?
8.  Which type of Hybrid Walleye (Saugeye) fishery do you prefer Evergreen Lake to be?  (Definition:  The trophy fishery would structure the saugeye fishery for bigger fish but eliminate harvest of smaller saugeye.  The numbers fishery would allow anglers to harvest small saugeye but this would lower the chance of structuring the fishery for larger fish.)
9.  Would you be in favor of an eighteen (18") inch size limit and a three (3) fish daily creel limit for Walley Hybrid (Saugeye) at Evergreeen Lake?
10.  Do you fish for Crappie at Evergreen Lake? 
11.  Would you be in favor of a nine (9") inch size limit and fifteen (15) fish daily creel limit for Crappie on Evergreen Lake?  ( Putting this regulation on the lake would reduce over harvesting and maintain a quality crappie fishery.)
