Governance

In 2016, The Behavioral Health Coordinating Council was established to serve as an advisory council to assist the McLean County Board with policy decisions and carry out directives outlined in the Mental Health Action Plan determined by the McLean County Board. BHCC is an advisory committee to the executive committee under the McLean County Board.

In addition to overseeing several McLean County programs BHCC helps to facilitate community collaboration amongst service providers, social service entities, and many other major local organizations.
