Early Voting

Early voting for McLean County voters begins on Thursday, February 8, 2024 for the Primary Election. If you live in the City of Bloomington and vote with the Bloomington Election Commission, contact the BEC for their early voting information. See the information below for details. All locations are 100% compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. ExpressVote (electronic) voting is available at all locations. Paper ballots are not available at early voting but will be available on Election Day at your polling place.

If you wish to vote by paper ballot from the privacy of your home, visit the Vote by Mail page or contact our office to have your ballot mailed to you. We have a very safe, secure vote by mail process overseen by Republican and Democratic election judges. We have never had any allegations of fraud or voter suppression and we plan to keep it that way in McLean County.
